In addition to providing support via e-mail and phone 7 days a week from 8am-10pm on Sunday-Thursday and 9am-5pm on Friday and Saturday, this month, Quinnipiac introduces a Knowledge Base for students, faculty and staff.

The Quinnipiac Knowledge Base is an electronic repository of “articles” that outline frequently asked questions, processes and procedures. These articles and tutorials are searchable and accessible from any Internet connection.

The Knowledge Base can be accessed from the Applications Tab on the homepage of MyQ or by going directly to https://kb.quinnipiac.edu
